CJKF Tournament - May 5th
The CJKF Ontario Provincial tournament was held in Brampton on May 5th.
MarkhamJKA did very well receiving 15 medals with 19 participants.

Sensei Saeki Seminar - May 31st
Sensei Saeki, 7th Dan, is the Chief Instructor for the JKA in Canada. He embodies the philosophy and spirit of Shotokan karate and strictly maintains the quality of karate as taught in Japan. It is a great honour to have Sensei as a quest instructor at the Scarborough JKA. This special class is open to the the YMCA youth and adult members. Click here for registrations forms.
Belt Exam - Sunday, June 8th

June Break
The YMCA registered programs are on break during the last weeks of June. The last karate class of the spring session is Thursday, June 12. The first class of the summer session is Thursday July 3rd. For the summer session, classes are available on Thursday only. Click here for the summer schedule.
